About Stackpick
What Stackpick is
Stackpick is a shortlist for one task. Describe the job in plain language and get one main pick plus up to two alternatives. Each price comes from the catalogue, with the vendor’s pricing page and the date it was checked. Ranking does not call a model.
Who it is for
It is for non-technical founders and teams who want a short list of tools for one job, with prices they can check.
How picks work
The task sentence decides which capability a tool must have. The ranker keeps tools that fit that job. Optional focus only reorders that set. Focus does not add tools the task does not need.
Prices are list prices from the vendor page in the catalogue, with the date they were checked. Stackpick does not fetch a live price. A missing price is shown as “Price not verified”, never guessed and never shown as zero. A verified free plan stays zero. A check more than 7 days old, in Europe/Paris, is marked stale.
Monthly model figures are estimates and are labelled as estimates. Light is 1 million input tokens and 0.2 million output tokens. Typical is 5 million in and 1 million out. Heavy is 25 million in and 5 million out. No-code, seat, and plan prices stay as published plan prices.
Pricing
Free is EUR 0, with 5 shortlists a day. No account is required. A signed-out browser is counted as free.
Pro is EUR 9 a month, excl. VAT, with 100 shortlists a day, saved briefs, and an in-app list when a saved tool’s catalogue price or checked-on date changes. No email is sent. Secure checkout by Stripe. Opening the return page does not change the plan.
Sponsors
A sponsored slot is a labelled placement under the shortlist, or a labelled bar on the page. It is never mixed into the ranked picks.
Sponsor slots are live, from EUR 100/week, with at most 3 per week. The price rises EUR 100 after every sale. Prices exclude VAT. A completed payment stays pending until it is approved by hand. It does not publish a slot. The enquiry form does not send email and does not take a card.
Affiliate links
There are no affiliate links. On a sponsored placement the page says: “Sponsored placement. Stackpick may earn a referral fee. Recommendations above are independent.”
